NICK’S FAVOURITE QUOTE

“When you are a Bear of Very Little Brain, and you Think of Things, you find sometimes that a Thing which seemed very Thingish inside you is quite different when it gets out into the open and has other people looking at it.”

What others say:

“In relation to this morning’s case, and as always, I received excellent, child-centred legal advice.  Child care matters are often complex and your extensive experience and knowledge is an asset when working with children and families who are experiencing difficulties.  This, alongside your efficient and professional management of court proceedings is key to achieving the right outcome for children.”  Children’s Guardian

“Nick’s continued dedication to the development of effective inter-disciplinary practice and education in family law, for the benefit for children and families, sets Nick apart from other lawyers. This is particularly impressive as this extensive (pro bono) work involves Nick giving freely of his own time and valuable expertise, gained over many years of practice. Nick has developed and maintained his reputation as an excellent family lawyer, who is highly skilled, exceptionally hard working, approachable and who has a great sense of humour. There are significant numbers of vulnerable children, family members, students and professionals from all disciplines, who have benefited directly from Nick’s expertise, so generously shared.” Children’s Guardian

“Very strong on care matters.” Legal 500, 2017

“Nick Hodson is compassionate about what he does and always has the children at the centre of all cases. He is an excellent advocate and negotiator.” Chambers and Partners 2021
