Charlotte Percy: Northern Power Women Future List

We are proud to reveal that our own Senior Associate, Charlotte Percy, has been included in the 2019 Northern Power Women Future List.

Northern Power Women is a collaborative campaign, designed to accelerate gender diversity throughout the North of England. It aims to transform the culture of organisations, to increase opportunities for women, and showcase role models and best practice for organisations that are helping to drive, and lead, economic growth. It engages women and men from all industries and business areas as agents of change, and connects them, collaborates with them and celebrates their achievements as campaign champions and advocates to drive gender balance.

Charlotte's own campaign for gender equality in the legal sector - Leading Ways - has already received considerable attention - including in The Times - and in 2018 she was shortlisted for the Northern Power Women Agent of Change Award.

Simone Roche MBE, founder of Northern Power Women, said: “I am extremely proud of these role models. They are amazing people doing fantastic work and they deserve every bit of recognition. Without the women on our Future and Power List it would be impossible for us to do what we do across the North. Each person named has played a part in driving forward the NPW agenda and have helped push out the boundaries.”
