What others say
“Paul Webb has represented children in Care Proceedings for a number of years and I have instructed him for many of those. He is one of the most highly regarded children's solicitors in Greater Manchester and often the 'go-to' solicitor for most cases, in particular the more complex ones. Paul has a working, current and strong knowledge of the law but it is his application of such that makes him outstanding.
I know, as a children's guardian, that he understands what children need and should have in their lives. He places them as the centre of his advice to myself, his work with the other parties and his advocacy skills in Court. There have been many complex hearings where I have sat 'behind' Paul and have felt reassured and confident that he will represent the child we are working with in an exceptional and compassionate manner. His skills as a solicitor are remarkable across the board: from his written work; his communication; his strength in the professional or advocates meeting, and the court room.
Alongside the legal skills - that are consistently excellent - he is personable and professional. His feedback and his legal advice are given courteously. He has enormous respect for not just the legal processes but the families that we work with. As a Children's Guardian I represent the voice of the child and I trust Paul implicitly to do that justice, to give it gravitas but most importantly, to make it real. Paul ensures that the child is present within the Proceedings that are about their lives both now and in their futures. He ensures their voices are heard." Children's Guardian
