Emily is a paralegal in the Children team, having completed an Advanced Legal Apprenticeship at law firm Pannone, and is now completing her Law degree on a part-time basis at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Combining her studies with her role as a paralegal has given her a unique insight into both private and public law Family proceedings; she has assisted senior children panel solicitors on complex children matters such as cases involving non-accidental injuries, sexual abuse and adoption.
Emily is also a seasoned media contributor, having appeared on both BBC Breakfast and BBC News and being interviewed by BBC Radio Manchester and 5Live on the topic of apprenticeships for young people. She has also appeared in articles in The Times, and contributed to a variety of education events across the North West.
